About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of kaidigital.us (the "Site"), which is operated by KAI Digital LLC ("KAI Digital," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site gives information about KAI Digital and the brands it operates. Nothing is sold on the Site, and the Site has no user accounts. Products and services offered by our brands, such as kawsar.me and EasyDigiStore, are provided on their own websites under their own terms.

Using the Site

You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own information. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it
  • interfere with the Site's operation, including through excessive automated requests
  • copy, republish or sell the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • pretend to be KAI Digital or suggest that we endorse you when we do not

Our content and names

The text, design, graphics and logos on the Site belong to KAI Digital LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. The names KAI Digital, KAI, kawsar.me and EasyDigiStore and our logos may not be used without our written permission, except to refer to us accurately.

The Site links to other websites, including those of our brands and of third parties. Third-party websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we make no promises that it is complete, accurate or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KAI Digital and its members, managers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it. Because the Site is free and informational, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Indemnity

If you misuse the Site or break these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that KAI Digital incurs as a result of any claim brought against it because of that misuse or breach.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when we post it on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and KAI Digital about the Site.
